Coming back to the castle, the king was as black as thunder. He was so worried about his daughter, future queen, that he soon banned all roller skates and ramps in the kingdom. Cleo was given an order to behave herself and look like the future queen. She was not allowed to see Emily until she behaves herself as she should. Emily was also punished – from dawn to dusk she was supposed to do all the most difficult tasks in the kitchen. Cleo was locked in her room, the key was secured by the queen herself.
Early in the morning of the following day, while Cleo was still asleep, the door of her bedroom loudly opened and the queen entered the room introducing a tall man with leather trousers and shoes that had their tips turned up. The man‘s hair looked like a bird‘s nest, the face was whitened using make-up, his eyes were coloured black and the lips – red. „Good morning, daughter, rise and shine“, the queen exclaimed. „Let me introduce you your new teacher, stylist, master of dance and art – Coco Pedro, it will be his responsibility to turn you into a real princess“.
Therefore, Coco Pedro started teaching Cleo how to be a real princess. However, the princess‘s reaction was listless. She did her tasks in a dull manner, looked into one point all the time, she refused to drink and to eat. One day she barricaded the door of her room and did not let anyone in. The queen was worried about the princess, she tried to talk her into behaving in a more sensible way, but her words were effortless. The queen was worried that her daughter might die from starvation. At that time Emily showed up and asked the queen to let her make princess‘s favourite cake for she thought that Cleo would not refuse to eat the cake made by her best friend. Emily made the cake and secretly hid the key from Cleo‘s room inside it. Eating the cake the young princess realised that Emily had an idea to help her.
It was late at night that Cleo heard the clock of the castle tower tolling twelve o‘clock and unlocked the door of her room. Cleo and Emily found a secret escape and fled out of the castle. Emily told the princess that there was unrest in the kingdom. After the king‘s ban of all roller skates and ramps all the teenagers started a revolt and were planning to depose the king. The leader of the rioting teenagers was the blue-eyed boy who saved Cleo in the ramp.
Girls understood that they needed to save the kingdom, still, they did not know how to do it. Therefore they decided to go to an old wise hermit who lived in the city catacombs and ask him for advice. However, they did not know that the hermit was the king‘s half-brother waiting for a chance to harm the king and take his throne.
A vicious plan came up in the hermit‘s head as he heard the girls‘ plea. He told Cleo and Emily to do three tasks that would help to save the kingdom. Secretly he knew that by fulfilling those tasks the girls would only help him to take the king‘s throne.
